Raceworks have released a new range of high performance air, fuel, and fluid management components including Quick Release Fittings.
The new Raceworks Quick Release fittings are made of 6061 aluminium and are used where fast and easy removal of a hose end is required. These fittings are also known as “Dry Breaks” because you can quickly separate a hose containing fluid under pressure without leaks. This leak free release makes these fittings perfect for use with fuel, coolant, engine oil, gear oil or water lines. These fittings are perfect wherever it is necessary to remove a hose end quickly and effortlessly. They can even be used as an anti-theft device.
Further aluminium fittings have also been added to the Raceworks offering including Roll Over, Shut Off and One Way valves, in a variety of sizes, to allow for safe and easy fluid management.
A new offering of high performance Push Lock and Braided PTFE E85 hose has also been added to the Raceworks range, suitable for all types of fluids including Methanol and Ethanol blend based fuels, oils, lubricants and coolant. The Raceworks E85 Push Lock hose is rated up to 250psi and is available in a range of sizes and lengths from 1m to 10m.
The Braided PTFE E85 hose is manufactured from high quality 308 Stainless Steel Braid with a PTFE inner liner, rated up to 4000psi. This high performance hose offers high resistance to leakage and fumes and is suitable for a temperature range of -70 degrees Celsius to 250 degrees Celsius.
The Raceworks Silicone Hose offering has also expanded to now include Double Hump couplers and 135 degree and 180 degree elbows, in a variety of sizes and colours. New fuel cells from 38 up to 76 litres have also been added to the Raceworks range; along with Make Up tanks and a high performance universal throttle body.
